If you want to return or exchange the product for any reason. You can return it.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
You must return the item within 7 working days. After that your return item will not be accepted.
Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
Delivery Charges will not be refunded. Delivery charges will be deducted from Rs.1000 to Rs.5000 for all items other than baby clothes.
Refund requests will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the return products.
