When you place an order on Ibrahim’s Store, you will receive an order confirmation Email from our Automatic System and call within 8 to 24 hours. After you have confirmed your order, the consignment will be dispatched immediately and it will reach you anywhere in Pakistan within 3-8 working days after dispatch.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Important Notice:

Always make a video while opening a parcel. No claim will be entertained without any video proof.

 

If you want to return or exchange the product for any reason. You can return it.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be  considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
  • You must return the item within 7 working days. After that your return item will not be accepted.
  •  Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e.   courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.

  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded. Delivery charges will be deducted from Rs.1000 to Rs.5000 for all items other than baby clothes.If  you have ordered baby clothes and toys together then delivery will be deducted from Rs.1000 to Rs.5000 for all items.

  • Refund requests will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the return products.
  • Payments will be made through Jazz Cash/ Easy Paisa/ Bank Transfer.
