RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

If you want to return or exchange the product for any reason. You can return it.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be  considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
  • You must return the item within 7 working days. After that your return item will not be accepted.
  •  Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e.   courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded. Delivery charges will be deducted from Rs.1000 from Rs.2000 for Toys
  • Refund requests will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the return products.
