RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Important Notice:
Always make a video while opening a parcel. No claim will be entertained without any video proof.
If you want to return or exchange the product for any reason. You can return it.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
- You must return the item within 7 working days. After that your return item will not be accepted.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded. Delivery charges will be deducted from Rs.1000 from Rs.5000 for Toys
- Refund requests will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the return products.
- Payments will be made through Jazz Cash/ Easy Paisa/ Bank Transfer.
